Trello is my go-to for visual project management. I love using boards, lists, and cards to keep everything in check. Whether I’m juggling multiple client tasks or planning a big project, Trello keeps me organized and my mind clutter-free.

If you want to create beautiful graphics without being a design pro, Canva is where it’s at. I use it for everything from social media posts to presentations. It’s fun, easy, and helps me make my brand look fabulous.

HoneyBook

HoneyBook is like having a personal assistant that never sleeps. It helps me manage projects, book clients, send invoices, and get paid (woo-hoo!). It’s super intuitive and makes running a business feel so much simpler. If you’re looking to streamline your workflow, this is a must-have.

Slack

If you haven’t tried Slack yet, you’re missing out! It’s like the best chat app ever for staying in touch with clients and team members. You can create channels for different projects and have all your communication in one place. No more endless email threads – yay!

Loom

Loom is amazing for creating quick video messages and tutorials. It’s perfect for explaining complex tasks to clients or team members without writing a long email. Just record your screen and voice, and you’re good to go. It’s like having a virtual face-to-face conversation!
